  • Classic Pitch-In Style

    • Bring something, eat something.

  • Grills, Tables & tents - contribute if you'd like

  • Trash cans are provided

  • There will be grills for additional burgers and hot dog donations.

• Post Game - Player meal

  • 100% NEW Food will be served to the players

  • This meal will be organized via Signup Genius. The link will be in the Newsletter and on the webpage.

  • If you are contributing a hot or cold food item please plan to keep the item hot/cold until after the game.

  • If you need to leave a cold food donation please consider using a collapsible cooler bag with your name on it.  We will return it to you.

  • Non-perishable donations can be left under the tables for use after the game.

  • ALL Players are invited to partake in the post-game meal.

  • Note: Post-game food is for Players.  Please share with your family & friends that post-game, fresh food is for the players first.  Once all players have eaten all attendees are welcome to the buffett.
